  • Conduct long-term tracking of each Nursing Talent’s progress, expected development milestones, and proactively identify potential derailers to ensure successful leadership readiness
  • Support learning needs analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical people development areas aligned with strategic priorities, specifically within the nursing leadership context
  • Evaluate and prioritise course nominations for the HLC’s suite of leadership programmes, ensuring alignment with talent development goals and strategic priorities
