Direct the quality team's activities by monitoring the production process, corporate guidelines, and customer feedback, aiming to improve results and customer satisfaction.
Act in solving problems with inputs, products, and processes, based on field data analysis, indicators, statistical analyses, and supplier involvement, using quality tools, CEP, and Lean Manufacturing.
Promote the culture of safety, health, quality, and environment, as well as ensure team development through performance monitoring, feedback, and development plans.
