Key Requirements

  • 0-2 years inbound/support call center experience preferred
  • At least 21 years old
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Hybrid schedule with reliable internet
  • Able to travel to office 50% of shifts
  • Camera-ready while working
  • Advanced computer and Windows Office knowledge
  • Type at least 90 wpm
  • Troubleshooting computers, smartphones, and tablets experience
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Diligent with strong grammatical and typing/data entry skills
  • Previous technical support experience is an asset
