Must-have
Expert in UI and Visual design
Extensive experience with native mobile apps
Proficient in Figma
Strong understanding of Material Design and iOS HIG
Experience working with design systems
Nice-to-have
Basic understanding of Swift or programming languages
Experience with WCAG accessibility guidelines
Proactive and accountable approach to work
Ability to mentor other designers
