This role is responsible for establishing cloud security strategy, integrating assurance activities with cloud governance routines, and maintaining visibility into the cloud business roadmap to proactively manage risk.
The position involves overseeing a small team of cloud security specialists responsible for CSPM, CWPP, and consolidated cloud risk monitoring and escalation.

Salary
Base: $155,000.00 - $220,000.00 annualized; Bonus: Discretionary incentive eligible; Benefits: Industry-leading benefits and paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Deep understanding of AWS native services
Experience leading CSPM and CWPP platforms
Proven experience leading technical security teams
Integration of cloud security with governance frameworks
Ability to translate technical risk for leadership
Nice-to-have
Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in regulated environments and audit engagements
Influence across technical and non-technical audiences
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a technical or security related field
CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or AWS Security Specialty certification
