Community Memorial Hospital (CMH) ED is a 16-bed unit, including two trauma bays, serving residents of over 7 counties and treating a diverse population from newborns to geriatrics.
This is a fast-paced environment guaranteed to provide excellent experience for the team member in treating all types of patients from urgent care to critical patients, such as trauma, stroke, sepsis, and STEMI.
The nursing leadership supports continuing education and provides multiple opportunities for team members to advance their knowledge and skills in their nursing practice.

Key Requirements
Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible
AHA BLS HCP Certification or equivalent
12 to 24 months RN experience (Clin II)
3 years of clinical experience (Clin III)
Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program
Current ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS and NRP must be obtained within 6 months of hire
PRN team members must work one Spring/summer holiday and 1 Fall/winter holiday
