Job Summary
The mission of the Tooling Design Office is to provide new tools, replace aging tools, and, in close collaboration with the tooling maintenance team, maintain the current fleet.
The main responsibilities include leading the direct team using Airbus Leadership Model principles, managing the department budget, and ensuring tooling budgets for projects are respected.
Deliverables include evaluation and monitoring of tooling requests, specifications, supplier selection, usage guides, maintenance plans, and reception files.
