Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in renewable energy project development
• At least 5 years of experience in a direct leadership role
• Deep familiarity with NYC-specific land use and ConEd interconnection processes
• Proven ability negotiating and executing ground leases, PPAs, and professional services agreements
