Job Summary
Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day to day functions of the nursing service department in accordance with regulations.
Participate in the development and maintenance of nursing care plans and quality assurance programs to ensure high standards of resident care.
Provide supervision to nursing staff, perform nursing assessments, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining confidentiality of resident information.
