Job Summary

  • Performs various duties in connection with scheduled events, acting as a floor supervisor, area attendant, or check-in staff.
  • Provides necessary training and information to staff and volunteers, coordinates with supervisors, and addresses patron issues and complaints.
  • Works extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with continuous standing and walking.
