GEM Account Developers are responsible for targeting, acquiring, and transitioning brand-new, large business opportunities within target accounts, serving as the primary point of contact to achieve MillerKnoll’s objective of unlocking new business.
The role involves developing Strategic Account Plans, identifying decision-makers, defining pursuit strategies, leading selling teams, and managing the first sale/project from start to finish.
