Job Summary
Provide leadership in delivering improvements to all aspects of Alcoa’s Electrical equipment and systems via the transfer of best equipment, operating, engineering and maintenance practices.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) technical support for Alcoa’s Electrical equipment and systems to ensure optimal asset availability to support continuous operations.
Build relationships that deliver the support and engagement of plant Electrical teams in executing Maintenance and Engineering objectives.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree: Electrical Engineering
Min 10 years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer
Min 5 years’ experience in an Electrical Engineering Leadership role
