Job Summary

  • Under the direction of the Executive Sous Chef, this individual will be responsible for effectively supporting all Suites culinary operations including the oversight of all Suites production, Suites operation, and sanitation aspects of culinary and stewarding operations throughout the facility.
  • Monitors all food preparation and kitchen activities to ensure compliance with Health Department regulations.
  • Legends is the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience
  • Food Protection Manager Certification
