Job Summary

  • Responsible for managing group’s human resources functions including recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits administration and employee relations.
  • Handle annual budget, salary review and bonus scheme with ability to conduct various proposals and market surveys.
  • Review and develop the Group HR policy, procedures and practices to ensure the consistency and compliance with the group and statutory regulations.
