  • Deliver exceptional after-hours travel support aligned to eBucks Lifestyle standards, managing emergency bookings and complex itineraries.
  • Build strong relationships with preferred suppliers to enable swift resolution during emergencies and liaise with personal bankers and product houses where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • National Diploma in Travel or equivalent qualification
  • Fully bilingual - English
  • Minimum 10 years' experience as a Travel Consultant
  • Expert working knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus GDS
  • Proven experience in leisure and corporate travel
  • Proven experience in travel concierge or high-touch service models
  • Proven recent international travel experience
