Must-have
Advanced demand planning experience
MRP and CRP system proficiency
ERP system expertise (Infor LN)
Multi-site manufacturing environment
Seven to ten years progressive experience
Nice-to-have
APICS CPIM certification preferred
Lean waste elimination processes
ISO 9000 quality management systems
Strong organizational problem solving skills
Ability to function under high stress
Key Requirements
Minimum 7-10 years in demand or material planning
Four-year technical degree or equivalent experience
Experience governing enterprise demand signals at scale
Demonstrated track record of managing schedule risk
