Job Summary
The Workplace Relations team are integral to CommBank's Group People Services team within Human Resources that provide operational workplace relations and human resources advice.
The team manages, researches, analyses and advises on workplace policies to support the Group’s vision to excel at securing and enhancing the financial wellbeing of people, businesses and communities.
They provide advice and guidance to employees and management on employment related matters and support dispute resolution including internal investigations, mediation sessions, and tribunal case management.
