Key Requirements
5 - 7 years construction or building engineering experience
Trade or Maintenance License preferred
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Physically able to lift up to 70 pounds
Interpret engineering drawings and manuals
CFC Universal Refrigerant Certification
Proficient computer skills (email, Word, Excel)
