Job Summary
The Director of Software & Cloud Services Vendor Management is responsible for the optimization of software and cloud service vendors across the enterprise, ensuring vendors deliver measurable business value, contractual commitments are met, risks are managed, and commercials are optimized.
This role drives substantial cost optimization across the estate through right-sizing, usage analysis, consolidation, and renegotiation, and partners with Procurement and Legal on contract renewals, amendments, and go-to-market strategies.
You will serve as the primary point of contact between software & cloud vendors and internal stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, mitigating risks, and identifying cost optimization opportunities.

Key Requirements
15+ years of experience
University degree or equivalent experience
Hands-on software vendor management experience
Experience managing vendors in financial services
Strong experience managing software and cloud service vendors
Proven track record negotiating complex contracts
Proven track record of delivering cost saving initiatives
Deep understanding of cloud consumption models and licensing
