Job Summary

  • Assist with Product Change Notification and Special Change Notification review and communication with TSMC, and provide relevant quality data and analysis reports to TSMC.
  • Lead TSMC audit preparation, onsite coordination, and follow-up on improvement actions, while regularly attending TSMC quality meetings and coordinating responses to quality issues.
  • Continually improving a robust Customer Quality Management System, monitoring and reporting on Quality KPIs, and coordinating quality issues and projects with cross-functional teams to conduct continuous improvement.
