Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Five (5) years of experience in the position offered or related occupation
  • Five (5) years of experience with hedging and financing solutions
  • Five (5) years of experience with modelling interest rates and foreign exchange derivatives
  • Five (5) years of experience with documentation and legal framework in Latin America
  • Five (5) years of experience communicating financial concepts in pitchbooks
  • Five (5) years of experience coordinating execution of transactions
  • Five (5) years of experience with capital structures of Mexican non-bank financial institutions
  • Five (5) years of experience with Return on Equity models
  • Five (5) years of experience coordinating transaction documentation
  • Five (5) years of experience with Debt Capital Market transactions for Latin America issuers
  • Five (5) years of experience supporting deal execution
  • Five (5) years of experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg
  • Three (3) years of experience with Relationship and Structured Lending
