Job Summary

  • Workday is building a broad portfolio of AI agents and AI-powered products across HR, Finance, Planning, Contracts, Payroll, Talent, and employee experiences.
  • This role works closely with AI Product Managers and Outbound Product Managers to understand product capabilities, limitations, and direction, then translates that insight into clear, repeatable pre-sales approaches that help customers understand value and help Workday win business.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $114,400 USD - $171,600 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $96,600 USD - $171,600 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants
