Base: $33.05 - $49.60; Bonus: Sign-on bonus eligible; Benefits: Comprehensive suite including PTO, health, dental, vision, and retirement match

Key Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or MFT OR Associate's in Nursing
Full current licensure: LCMHC, LCSW, LPA, LMFT, or RN
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
Must reside within 150 miles of Charlotte, NC virtual hub
