Job Summary

  • Provides and directs overall supervision to the activities of the assigned craft personnel in the coordinating, planning, scheduling and performance of major repair work in the refinery.
  • Responsible for the day to day supervision, motivation and training of the mechanical personnel within the area of assignment.
  • Monitor effectiveness of the current preventive maintenance program to minimize plant breakdowns due to failure of systems and to update inspections and frequencies to best meet the goal of 100% reliability.
