Job Summary
The Cook is responsible for the overall preparation of all foods, provides support and guidance to other dietary team members and monitors meal service in the dining room.
The Cook is responsible for the operation of the Dietary Department and the supervision of Dietary Aide staff in the absence of the Supervisor.
