Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to current federal, state, and local standards.
You will be required to assist in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and participating in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies.
The role involves direct nursing care functions such as starting IVs, obtaining specimens, monitoring medication passes, and evaluating resident physical and emotional status on a daily basis.

Key Requirements
