Job Summary

• Caterpillar is hiring a Service Engineer to lead the parts authorizations process for all Building Construction Products (BCP) New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and accelerated CPI parts stocking or availability timelines to meet customer back needs.
• This role includes development to become a subject matter expert on NPI parts processes, parts serviceability levels, initial parts stocking and regional stocking volumes.
