Must-have
Advanced ETAP or DIgSILENT PowerFactory skills
Leadership of electrical engineering teams
Project engineering schedule management
Budget and resource control in engineering projects
Technical documentation approval and delivery
Coordination of multidisciplinary technical interfaces
Fluent English communication skills
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of SmartPlant Electrical or COMOS
Experience with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN
Experience in mining industry
Strong client interaction and support skills
Ability to lead technical coordination meetings
Proactive problem solving and corrective action proposals
Key Requirements
Degree in Electrical or Electronic Civil Engineering
Minimum 10 years in similar roles
At least 5 years experience in mining sector
Minimum 3 years leading engineering teams
Advanced proficiency in ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory or SKM
Advanced English proficiency
Knowledge of SEC RIC and NCh Elec technical standards
