Job Summary

  • The Lead, Regional Sales is responsible for all aspects of leading the Houston sub-region, including direct responsibility for driving new business and leading a professional sales team.
  • This individual will work with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with the regional sales plan.
  • The total rewards package includes a base salary of $80,000 to $110,000 USD annually, eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, a Wellness Program, HSA with company contribution, Voluntary Benefits, and a 401(k) with a 7.5% company contribution.
