Job Summary

  • You will play a key role advising on complex and high-value commercial transactions with global cloud, content and large enterprise customers seeking to build and expand their hyperscale data centre capacity.
  • Manage complex customer contract negotiations related to the development of data centre capacity, data centre leasing and provision of colocation services including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms.
  • Stay informed of legal and regulatory developments impacting the data centre industry in regions of operation (APAC), proactively managing regulatory compliance.
