  • Serve as the primary liaison with Finance, reviewing reports, reconciling data, and escalating variances or anomalies to leadership for resolution.
  • Collaborate with Finance to develop and maintain the annual benefits budget, covering health & welfare, retirement, wellness, and voluntary programs.
  • Manage end-to-end vendor invoice processing, including validation, approval workflows, and vendor setup coordination.
