  • Lead and supervise Mechanical Fitting team to safely and effectively deliver planned maintenance, breakdown response, project, and major upgrade (Turnaround) activities across workshop and field environments.
  • Drive safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance execution by influencing labour, overtime, materials, spares, tools, and equipment usage, and adopting lean work practices.
  • Lead team engagement and performance through recruitment, onboarding, communication, coaching and performance management.
