Job Summary
Provide after hours quality assessment, referral, and provision of housing information to individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless throughout Victoria.
Conduct intake and assessment to understand client needs, risks and vulnerabilities, provide crisis intervention, short-term support and emergency relief.
