Must-have
Current Commercial Class A or B driver's license
Airbrakes and tank endorsement required
Safe driving record with no serious violations
Physical ability to lift extension chutes up to 60 lbs
Ability to work in extreme hot and cold weather
Nice-to-have
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Great customer service skills
Experience in ready-mix or heavy construction industries
Familiarity with slumps and concrete properties
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Valid DOT Medical Certificate
Clean DMV H-6 printout showing no serious moving violations in past 36 months
2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred
