Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
Administer medications, perform professional nursing services such as catheterization and dressing changes, and monitor resident conditions.
Participate in staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan development.
