Manage vendor performance to contract standards, document poor performance instances, and coordinate internally with fitness, food services, security, transportation, and capital project teams.
Lead, develop, and supervise a professional team through excellent onboarding, training, performance management, and team building while acting as a JLL ambassador upholding core values of Teamwork, Ethics, and Excellence.
