Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for the maintenance of plant equipment including Reactor, Pump, Agitated nutsche filter dryer, Filter press, Vacuum system, Nuta mixture, Ultra filtration system, Neno filtration system, Hydraulic equipment, Belt conveyor, Heat exchanger and condenser.
Key responsibilities include maintaining utility, WWTP and MEE equipment such as Boiler, chiller, Air compressors, Cooling tower, Nitrogen plant, Heat pump, Scrubber system, Dust collector system and Aerator, alongside spare part management for smooth plant operation.
The role requires managing all mechanical maintenance activities with utmost safety measures, planning and executing daily maintenance with the production team, attending breakdowns efficiently, and ensuring desired quality, safety, and reliability in all maintenance work.
