Job Summary

  • Through maximized platform utilization, our Customer Experience Representatives are focused on delivering and maximizing outcomes for aligned customers and their vendor(s) to include items such as: recruitment, training & enablement, end-customer acquisition, pipeline development, and upgrades/cross-sell initiatives utilizing platform data.
  • As a Sr CER you are an expert in sales enablement and customer experience. You handle customer inquiries and resolve highly complex support issues with the customer, vendor, and associate team members to help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Base: $56,000.00 - $89,600.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives; Benefits: Healthcare, PTO, 401(k) with match, disability, life insurance, wellbeing benefits
