Responsibilities include providing remote and on-site support for installation, digital, PFI, software, and BIM issues, as well as contributing to product development, method development, and training.
The role involves leading and coordinating the technical field support team, setting KPIs, reporting performance, and ensuring quick response times for technical inquiries and training requests.
