Job Summary
As a holistic contact person for the digitalization of Sales, Marketing & Service processes, you will guide renowned international companies and hidden champions in finding the right solution for future challenges based on the diverse possibilities of the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement Platform.
You will advance our Dynamics Community by coaching in our own Dynamics qualification program and informing our over 200 Dynamics specialists about the latest trends and solutions from the Microsoft Dynamics portfolio at various community events across Germany.
You will moderate initial customer workshops to identify vision, goals, and requirements, and derive measures, as well as create business cases and portfolio elements, anchoring them with sales, project teams, and customers.
