This role is responsible for the end-to-end communication strategy for the IPN Business Unit, reporting to the Senior Director and supporting the Vice President.
Key responsibilities include developing and deploying innovative strategies to increase disease awareness, improve patient access, and lead creative campaigns for upcoming innovations.
The role requires building strong relationships with external stakeholders, managing external partners, overseeing budgets, and driving employee engagement and change management initiatives.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and above; advanced degree preferred
8-10 years working experience in business aligned, growth driving communication roles
Healthcare industry and/or policy making environment experience preferred
Flawless Japanese written, verbal and visual communication skills are essential
High-level English written, verbal and visual communication skills is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of Japanese media and experience engaging directly with journalists
