Job Summary

  • The incumbent would be responsible for security patching, incident management, server installation and configuration, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Provide 7x24 level 2-3 global support with follow-the-sun rotation model for Air Products computing platforms with the focus on the server environment.
  • Comply with all AP ITIL Service Level Management objectives including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management to ensure the delivery of serve services per agreed service level and operational expectations.
