On-site clinical trial monitoring in Germany
Regulatory compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines
Clinical data verification and query resolution
Investigator site file and trial master file management
Subject safety and protocol adherence assessment
Nice-to-have
Fluency in German and English
Experience with electronic data capture systems
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or RN in related field
Three years of on-site monitoring experience in Germany
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines
