Job Summary

• The Transportation Supervisor will lead an hourly team and influence the entire distribution team to complete the work required to run the distribution center in an efficient, safe and productive manner.
• Supervisor will be responsible for management of the team members under his/her supervision, ensuring prompt, efficient and accurate handling of merchandise and development and implementation of team goals.
• Role is responsible for hiring, evaluation, development, discipline, and termination of hourly associates, with management responsibility for 20 to 30 hourly associates.
