Job Summary
The ABB Lean Challenge Program is a structured global initiative connecting ABB with universities and new talent to apply continuous improvement concepts in a global industrial environment.
Participants will develop real Continuous Improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies and the internal Quality Wins program within the Electrification area, focusing on waste identification, process optimization, and efficiency increase.
The program offers exposure to leadership and specialists, the possibility of presenting projects internationally in Mexico, and development in a high-performance environment.
