Must-have

  • 3+ years software engineering or systems architecture experience
  • Experience designing AI evaluation infrastructure
  • Ability to read code and participate in technical design reviews
  • Proven track record rescuing stalled projects to production
  • Led cross-functional alignment across three distinct engineering orgs

Nice-to-have

  • Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI security clearance
  • Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, or autonomous agent workflows
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 2+ years working with DoD, IC, or Civil agencies

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical program management
  • Active Security Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI) preferred
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years experience with DoD, IC, or Civil agencies preferred
