Job Summary

This is a highly visible role, reporting to the APAC Director of Compensation, and will be instrumental in shaping compensation strategy and leading strategic initiatives for this critical area of Netflix.
The Compensation Manager will partner directly with senior leaders across Content and related business units, collaborating with HR teams to develop a global perspective on compensation for these functions.
