  • Facility and equipment maintenance
  • Use of computerized maintenance management system
  • Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical safety precautions
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads up to 50 lbs

Nice-to-have

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight
  • Experience with building automation systems
  • Trade/Tech School Certificate
  • Experience in industrial/trades maintenance

Key Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Less than 2 years experience in equipment maintenance
  • Trade/Tech School Trades Certificate or industry recognized certification preferred
  • Ability to cover all shifts including weekends and holidays
