Must-have
Data Courier Administration Certification
3-5+ years Epic change control experience
Hands-on Data Courier and Content Management operations
Experience with Epic build tracking and migration workflows
Knowledge of HL7 concepts and integration workflows
Nice-to-have
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Ability to work nights and weekends during system events
Familiarity with ServiceNow for ITSM processes
Experience with SOC2 and ITGC audit readiness
Proven ability to troubleshoot environment synchronization issues
Key Requirements
Data Courier Administration Certification (Required)
3-5+ years direct Epic change control experience
Deep understanding of Epic environment architecture
Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow
Availability for scheduled downtimes and weekend events
