Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Excel
  • Bilingual English and Spanish communication
  • Experience with Dominican Republic payroll laws
  • Experience with Costa Rica payroll laws
  • HRIS data entry and reporting skills

Nice-to-have

  • Positive attitude and resiliency under pressure
  • Experience with Workday HRIS system

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Knowledge of employment legislation in DR and CR
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Prior HR/Payroll experience preferred
